Brief: Promote Northwest to all audience types by highlighting our marketing messaging (differentiators) and providing an easy-to-use experience while maintaining accessibility standards.
This redesign focused on a simplified navigation throughout the site, while refreshing design and bringing a lighter, elevated writing style to recruitment messages.
